In Anlaby, East Riding of Yorkshire, England, on September 7, 1989, Hannah Dominique E. John-Kamen was born. Her mother Astri Hansen is a Norwegian who worked as a fashion model, while her father Johnny John-Kamen is of Nigerian heritage and has worked as a forensic psychologist. Two siblings, an elder brother, and a sister were also raised by her parents.
John-Kamen traveled to London at the age of 18 to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. She provided the voices for Lord’s Blade Ciaran and Sweet Shalquoir in the 2011 video game Dark Souls II (2014).
