Will my DoorDash account be deactivated?

Can you get reactivated with DoorDash?
It is possible. The best chance
you have is to
go to your local office and speak with someone there. They
can look up what
you were flagged for, and as long as it wasn’t anything too egregious, they may
reactivate you.

How do I know if my Dasher account is activated?
Open your
Dasher App and select the tab named Dash (located in the bottom bar on iOS or in the left side menu on Android).
If you can see and click buttons that say Dash Now or Schedule, then your
account is active and you can start dashing!
Can I use my DoorDash red card for gas?

doordash red card for gas or for yourself or personal
use. In addition, the
card has no funds when you
do not accept a delivery request and need to pick up an order.

If you take a $12 order but have to drive – say – 9 miles there and 9 back to your zone, add in 5-10 wait at the restaurant and 2 mins of getting out of the car and delivering the item,
you are essentially taking 30–40 mins.
Does DoorDash pay mileage?
There is no
mileage reimbursement with
Doordash. However, you can create a little bit of a
reimbursement for yourself by ensuring you are doing the best job possible tracking
miles on your
Doordash deliveries (or for Grubhub, Instacart, Uber Eats or any of the others).
Why is DoorDash so bad?
For the most part, those ordering food through
DoorDash find the selection of restaurants and menu items unsatisfactory, delivery times disappointing, and order accuracy unimpressive. The worst part of
DoorDash, which has almost everybody angry, is the ridiculous amount of money they charge.
Is it bad not to tip DoorDash?
If you don’t
tip on
DoorDash, your order will make the rounds to various Dashers until someone accepts. In my market, the base pay is $4. So if you don’t
tip, the Dasher offer screen will be $4. The
tip percentage goes down when the order total gets bigger.

Doordash is as safe as you make it. To make it safe you’ll want to take precautions and never put yourself in a situation that makes things
unsafe. A lot of this has to do with common sense.
