Brianna Ruffalo had recently gone through sesamoid excision surgery, according to her Instagram post from November 3.
However, you do not need to be worried since the surgery went well and she is now able to walk with the assistance of crutches.
She states that she will never forget how large the bone was, that was removed from her body during the process. Because of the nerve block that was placed in her leg, she was unable to feel the pain for approximately 24 hours after the surgery.

Brianna Ruffalo is still at her home, recovering from her sesamoid surgery. She had her stitched removed three days ago, however, she was again put back to the hard cast for another week.
According to her post, she is disappointed that she was unable to upgrade to walking boots because her incision wound is not healing properly.
She was provided with specific instructions from the doctor, including some measures to increase blood circulation to her feet.
Avoid elevating the foot, begin applying pressure to the hard cast with crutches with gradually increasing the time every day from 5 to 10 minutes are some of the suggestions.

She also assures that she will be upgraded to walking boots within a week.
