Jennifer Chen is a 30-year-old Canadian Asian woman. Jason was blamed for hitting her on her face in the parking lot of a shopping center.
The incident occurred on the 15th of September 2021 around 4:25 pm at The Balcony on Beverwil. It started when Jennifer Chen was attempting to park her car. Jason was behind her honking his horn repeatedly at her because she was taking too long to park.
Chen had parked her car and was waiting for a friend to pick up her kid from school when the guy reportedly approached her car, yelled a racist insult, and hit her while she was sitting in the car.
After the incident, Jennifer followed the man and recorded him but he denied hitting her and said she was harassing him.
However, a guy can be seen approaching a car and reaching his hand through the window on security video received by the victim.
Furthermore, Jennifer also believes Jason was present with his two small children, who are expected to attend the same school as Chen’s son.

No, Jason Riach has not been arrested for the assault yet. But, after the alleged attack, he has received a lot of hate.
Chen called the West Los Angeles Police Department and reported the event. She is physically and mentally scarred as a result of the tragedy.
