For a decade, they conquered the most punishing environments on earth.
For the first time, 12 of Naked and Afraid’s most skilled survivalists will contest head-to-head for 45 days in the South African bush.
To become the last one standing, the contestant must endure 45 days in the African wilderness, and they begin the challenge with nothing.
Every seven days, they will relocate to a new survival location to push the limits of their endurance and skills.
In the end, there can be only one winner, but for the first 21 days of the challenge to prove they’re the best Naked and Afraid, each person must survive working as a pair.
If either partner chooses to tap out of the challenge, both will be eliminated.
To win $100,000, they must compete for resources in six unique environments.

Waz Addy won Naked And Afraid Last One Standing in the finale held on July 16, 2023. However, there was a tough competition between Waz and Dan.
In the finale, only Waz and Dan remain the last ones after they get fire, boil water and claim the scroll.
Dan and Waz begin a 15-mile trek unprecedented three-day extraction on zone six, where their endurance and survival skills get tested.
Along their journey, they will need to find and secure shelter each night in the days to come.
In the days ahead, they climb over a thousand feet to reach the crown of the gorge, where one of them will signal a helicopter for extraction.
Their endurance, tracking, and critical thinking skills test their skills with the bow and ability to generate and secure fire.

Matt Wright injured his legs on Naked and Afraid Last One Standing. Matt was eliminated as he could not get through the competition.

Naked And Afraid Last One Standing Spoilers
As per episode 9, Legendary Showdown, two bitter rivals go head-to-head in a multi-step water and bushcraft elimination.
The episode follows Steven, Jeff, and Gary. Among the three, one got eliminated from the challenge.
Fans believed Gary’s journey ends in episode 9, and among Dan and Waz, Dan would take the whole thing.
Based on the Jaked and Afraid podcast discussion, fans are reasonably confident Jeff won’t win.
After the 5th episode, Dan appeared as a guest and shared Jeff had the worst strategy in the competition.
So, viewers believed if Jeff won the game, Dan would not question his strategy.

Amber Hargrove was the first survivor who went home due to her medical condition.
Amber could not stop shivering, and when the medical assistant Rudi checked her temperature, it was 34.
In a normal situation, he could warm her up, but it’s her core temperature, so he taps her out.
If she voluntarily taps out, Wes also has to leave the show. As Med taps her out, to save Wes from elimination.

Stacey Osorio
Stacy Osorio also left the show due to her medical condition.
She complained of severe abdominal cramps or diarrhea, which could be from Revine water.
In episode 4, her vitals appeared stable, and the head medic called for further evaluation.
They couldn’t diagnose what is wrong and did not want her condition to worsen.
So they pulled her medically and got her to the hospital.
Wes Harper
Wes Harper quit the challenge on his own.
He had never quit anything, but this time he did it. After Amber left the show, he kept complaining about being alone.
He felt his body was just not able to do more. He hated being alone, as he is more of a team player.
Being alone gets him worn out, as it’s not in his nature. At last, he says to Dan and Cheeny that he was going home and distributed some items to them.
Sarah Bartell
Sarah Bartell got eliminated in the first elimination round of Naked and Afraid Last One Standing in episode 7, Cutthroat to the Bone.
She could not find the hidden cash when Steven started on the trail, although he had no idea it was Sarah’s trail until the end.
Episode 10
In episode 10, Legendary Showdown, three contestants, Gary, Steven, and Jeff, went home.
Day 42 is the last day to get fire, boil water, and claim the remaining scrolls. The challenger who could not complete the challenge by sundown got eliminated.
At first, Naked and Afraid Gary taps out due to his stomach cramp. Later on, Steven taps out as he feels physically & mentally exhausted and can not quite get the job done.
Although Jeff Naked and Afraid tried hard until sundown, he could not get primitive fire. So, he got eliminated on day 42.
What Happened To Cheeny On Naked and Afraid Last One Standing?
Cheeny Plante passed out in day 15 on Naked and Afraid Last One Standing.
She believed she could not do it physically, mentally, and emotionally and left the Naked and Afraid Last One Standing on day 25 in episode 7.
After a huge blowout in the shelter in the morning, she decided to go home.
